By submitting your mobile device to Noon Computers for data recovery, you agree to the following:

1. Service Authorization

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device and authorize Noon Computers to perform data recovery services.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

Data recovery success is not guaranteed. It depends on device condition and other technical factors.

3. Device and Data Handling

Your device may be opened or disassembled during the process. We will handle it carefully, but recovery attempts may render it non-functional.

4. Confidentiality

All recovered data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared.

5. Customer Responsibility

You must disclose prior attempts and confirm you own the device. Backup any available data if possible.

6. Service Charges

Fees will apply regardless of success. The amount depends on work involved and will be discussed before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damage to the device or data loss. You agree to this risk when submitting the device.

8. Data Storage & Deletion

Recovered data will be stored for 7 days after delivery, after which it will be securely deleted.

9. Abandoned Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be discarded.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
