📄 Noon Computers – Data Recovery Terms & Conditions

By submitting your mobile device to Noon Computers for data recovery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Authorization

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device and authorize Noon Computers to perform diagnostics and data recovery services as necessary.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

Data recovery success is not guaranteed. The outcome depends on various factors such as device condition, type of failure, and previous repair attempts.

3. Device Handling & Risk

During the recovery process, your device may be opened or disassembled. While our technicians take maximum care, certain recovery methods may render the device partially or completely non-functional.

4. Confidentiality

All recovered data will be treated as strictly confidential. We do not access, share, or retain any personal information beyond what is necessary for recovery.

5. Customer Responsibility

You must disclose any prior repair or recovery attempts, and confirm you are the rightful owner of the device. Please back up any accessible data before submission. We are not responsible for data lost prior to or during the recovery process.

6. Service Charges

Charges will apply regardless of recovery success. While an estimate may be given before work begins, the final charges depend on the tools, time, and techniques used, which are determined during the recovery process. Exact charges may only be confirmed after work is completed.

7. Board Swapping Charges

If board-level work or CPU board swapping is required:

• Single-layered CPU board: ₹3,500

• Double-layered CPU board: ₹4,500
  These charges are additional and apply if such procedures are necessary for data recovery.

8. Invasive Recovery Consent

Some advanced recovery methods may involve micro soldering, chip-off, or CPU removal. By submitting your device, you consent to such techniques if deemed necessary by our technicians.

9. No Warranty on Recovered Devices

No warranty is provided on devices returned after data recovery. Some devices may be returned in non-working or damaged condition, depending on the severity of internal issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

Noon Computers is not liable for any further damage to the device or permanent data loss resulting from recovery attempts. You accept this risk when submitting the device.

11. Data Storage & Deletion

Recovered data will be stored securely for 7 days after successful delivery to the customer. After this period, it will be permanently deleted from our systems.

12. Abandoned Devices

Devices not collected within 90 days of job completion will be considered abandoned and may be safely discarded, recycled, or repurposed.

13. No Warranty on Recovered Devices
Data recovery is a complex and sensitive process. Devices returned after recovery are not guaranteed to be in working condition, and no warranty is provided on the repaired or recovered device itself, unless separately agreed upon.

14. Non-Recoverable Devices
If recovery is unsuccessful, the customer may request the return of the device (in as-is condition), or authorize us to safely discard it. Any parts replaced or used in the attempt are non-returnable.

15. Code of Conduct & Legal Warning

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against abuse or threats. Any customer engaging in verbal abuse, threats, property damage, or physical aggression will be refused service and may face legal action. Our premises may be under CCTV surveillance for safety and legal protection.

16. Terms Subject to Change

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the current terms before submitting any device for service.

17. Governing Law

All services and disputes are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
